Revenue Multiplier Program

PROGRAM OBJECTIVES

  • Help independent pharmacy owners create new revenue streams from front-end sales of dietary supplements, medical equipment, educational programs, in-store clinical testing and immunizations, and interdisciplinary collaborations. 
  • Strengthen the ability of pharmacists to leverage existing relationships with physicians, nurses, and other members in the community to further a patient-centric practice.
  • Help independent pharmacy owners establish collaborative practice agreements with physicians that allow the pharmacist to share revenue from existing Medicare billable services, such as chronic care management.

Members of the Advanced Revenue Multiplier Program also benefit from monthly one-on-one coaching calls with Dennis to identify specific goals, develop a customized strategy, and review implementation results for their independent pharmacy. In addition, advanced program members can schedule a day to shadow Dennis at Flower Mound Pharmacy in Flower Mound, Texas, to see how various program components are implemented in his business, speak with staff members, and learn best-practices to increase profitability for their own independent pharmacy.
